As a Bernina educator for many years I've visited many sewing machine dealers who are also quilt shop owners. Not only are these gals superb at machine knowledge and sales, the shop is always filled with beautiful, fresh new samples to inspire everyone's creative level. Teaching there over the years I've met many loyal Bolts customers who cannot say enough about the customer care and education they've received there. I couldn't agree more. This store is small business at it's best!
