After inspecting the work the first firm did, this HVAC team discovered that half of the ducts were not oriented correctly which was making our system inefficient. It took three hours to get everything realigned and completely sealed and the change was evident, both in airflow and in the reduced noise levels.
I had attempted to install the thermostat myself previously and was unsure so the expert was out within an hour and had everything wired correctly in about 40 min. This was my second time working with them and I enjoy the fact that they are transparent in describing what each step involves and not trying to upsell you on services you do not need.
