Just when you thought customer service was dead in America along comes Bolton Roofing. I hired Bolton Roofing to replace my roof last week. My new roof is awesome and the whole process went very well. Bob and Eric went above and beyond helping me navigate the claims process with my horrific State Farm Insurance. From start to finish, they kept the HVAC and decks covered and protected and continuously policed the yard area for any debris. Mr Bolton is a master at dealing with Insurance companies and adjusters. Use him with confidence. I highly recommend him for your next roofing project.
Eric and Bob did a great job of responding quickly to an asap repair need. Within 24 hours they were on the roof and had the repair complete. Excellent communication along the way!
Very professional and such a pleasure to work with! My gutters were full of leaves and not only were they thoroughly cleaned, all the related debris was completely removed from my yard. Eric Bolton and his foreman and crew were very great to work with. Eric helped me tremendously with the insurance company hassles. Spending his own time and resources to guide me through the quicksand of dealing with insurance companies. But once we decided to go ahead, Eric gave us a great price and we scheduled the install.
