Chace Wakefield represented a buyer on my home - who purposely overbid to win the bidding war and then during the inspection period - tried to have two different inspectors and a handyman come and nitpick my immaculate house to death to beat down the price. During the first inspection, Chace allowed his buyers to tour 8 people through my home. Including moms, aunts, etc. It was one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen.
