Traded my VW Tiguan for a Tucson Hybrid 3 weeks ago and started really well. Everyone was nice coz I was buying a SUV. Picked up my new one on the 28th of July and since then I've been struggling with the business office. Traded my VW and the dealership didn't send the correct money owing and an extra payment was taken out of my account by VW Finance. This happens sometimes and you get it resolved soon.
