Extremely disappointed with my experience. On June 27, I spoke with Augustin Richard through facebook marketplace regarding a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Touring. Later, on June 29, Jas Mahant called me and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, July 2 at 1:00 PM to see the vehicle. I was able to match a discount for parts from another Honda dealership through the General Manager, Dan Heckbert. There was a small issue with a parts order that was quickly resolved, and I was able to keep the discount for future parts orders as I order thousands of dollars in parts every year. I would also highly recommend speaking to the General Manager, Dan Heckbert if you are interested in a new or used car at the dealership.
