I had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2020 Hyundai Tucson from Bolton GM recently. What an absolute great team at Bolton GM. Shane Moulton and Craig Watson were fabulous. I recently leased a 2027 Bolt from Brian Frazer at Bolton GM. The whole process from our negotiations over the phone, meeting at the dealership and signing papers, finance office (Robin) and delivery went very smooth as expected! Had a horrible experience getting a new Buick from here. Brian lied about being able to get the vehicle I wanted in, and also was misled me about the pricing and features in the vehicle I eventually got. The finance person tried to make me pay at a higher finance rate than I what was in the previous paperwork that I had signed with them, and they added extra fees that weren't in our agreement.
