Brought my brand new GMC Savana in for transmission problems and they have my pay a diagnostic fee just to give me my van back and say “nothing is wrong, we can’t identify any problems” Spoke to GM of Canada and they said take it back again. I keep paying diagnostic fee and the techs claim they can’t find any problems. This is my fourth GMC Savana in the last 20 years and this is the last time I’m buying a GMC for my HVAC company. After working out my best deal And signing the deal with a deposit Shaun was excellent to deal with. I was taking longer on my end buying from another Province and ran into a delay on my part. Shaun was very understanding and patient with me providing me with all my questions and requests for pictures.
