Incompetence at best. Two phone calls on my behalf were made last week to the service dept. where a female employee told both people that diagnostic/repair work to my Explorer could not be done there, that they do not have the capability. Long story short, both people were lied to in regards to my vehicle. Miles from home and I feared a wheel bearing was going. Too bad, they said. Come back tomorrow, they said, we'll try to work you in maybe. So I went 10 miles further to Tarver Ford in Sulphur. Oh no, they said. Can't mess around with a wheel bearing this far from home. Two hours later my bad bearing was replaced.
The service dept. and the quick lane service has problems. Very dissatisfied customer with both dept.
As long as you have an appointment, they do exactly what they say they will. No problems.
