My daughter applied with another applicant. They were approved, and deposit was paid. Two weeks before move in, she reached out to drop the other applicant. She was told no problem, that was done. Prior to move in day, she contacted Bolton Estates multiple times, to be told, everything was good to go for move in Monday July 6th. We arrive, uhaul loaded, to sign lease and get the keys and she is told in fact she does not qualify now that the other applicant was dropped.
