We purchased our Jeep Cherokee almost 4 years ago from Bolton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat. Their service department still is outstanding. Very clean, efficient and listen to your needs or questions you have about your vehicle. I highly recommend this service department.
Showed up at 4:30 for an oil change and tire rotation! I was promptly greeted and helped with a smile. They got me right in and I was out in 40 minutes. Great service!
Everyone took time to listen and help me out with my concerns in a very speedy matter
It was a good experience, the staff is very friendly and professional. What I didn't like was that they didn't wash my SUV. I hope for the next service, they will.
