I bought an oil change coupon from Groupon and called the store to schedule an appointment. I work during the weekdays, except Fridays which I work until noon. I asked them to give me a time on Friday afternoon but they told me they don't do oil change in the afternoons! Finally I got an appointment on a Saturday. I drove all the way to the store but surprisingly the store was closed.

So happy Palmetto Auto Service was recommended to me. My car repairs and service was done in a timely fashion, at fair and reasonable prices. They are very professional with great customer service. I defiantly recommend them for all auto repairs and service.

Palmetto Auto diagnosed the bad shimmy my car had as improperly balanced tires and a great need of an alignment. They re balanced the tires correctly and took the time to show me exactly how the tires had worn unevenly and why. After paying another tire shop good money to balance my tires wrong, and tell me everything else was fine, I wish I had gone to Palmetto first. Thanks!

This is the worst place ever in my life .....Robert is a scam artist .Avoid avoid this place ! People please do not go to this shop .my story is so bad he even scammed my warranty company.!!!!
