Worst builder I’ve ever worked with. Run! He doesn’t care about the quality of the finished product in the least. Leaky roofs. Cabinetry that doesn’t work and doesn’t match. Plumbing that doesn’t work. Laundry hookups that are clogged with construction debris and make the dryer alarm and shut down. Before you read this... Is there a review within the last 4 years over 1 star on google for this company? No. Here's one of the reasons why: Bolte has been working on a project in my neighborhood for 4 years. It's still unfinished. Over the weekend I noticed some homeless setting up camp on the site. I let them know that wouldn't be okay and some of them left. The next day there were new, different homeless people on site. This is the current job of Bolte Construction off of Missouri & 5th Ave. There are homeless men living on the project site near the dumpsters slot. Is it practice of Bolte construction to hire homeless men to watch over a job site? The men also have knives on them so we called the cops out of fear for our safety and our children’s. Now as parents who live next to this you can see why we are worried. We don’t know these men’s background info (child predators, crime history, etc) as our kids play out front.
