Worst builder I’ve ever worked with. Run! He doesn’t care about the quality of the finished product in the least. Leaky roofs. Cabinetry that doesn’t work and doesn’t match. Plumbing that doesn’t work. Laundry hookups that are clogged with construction debris and make the dryer alarm and shut down. He doesn’t warranty or stand by his work — and trying to get warranty/punch list items addressed is an impossibility. Staff members that are unresponsive and could care less. Before you read this... Is there a review within the last 4 years over 1 star on google for this company? No. Here's one of the reasons why: Bolte has been working on a project in my neighborhood for 4 years. It's still unfinished. Over the weekend I noticed some homeless setting up camp on the site. I let them know that wouldn't be okay and some of them left. The next day there were new, different homeless people on site.
