I had a 3-year security contract with Bolt Technologies Inc. Around July 2025, Bolt transferred my account to Guardian Protection without ever notifying me. Guardian began servicing my system, but neither company contacted me to update my billing information. I had no reason to think anything changed — I assumed Bolt was still collecting payment and Guardian was subcontracting the service.
