This is by far THE WORST company to do business with! If I had the option to give them zero stats I would have. Run, don’t walk from using them. Pay more for a quality company and don’t get screwed like we did! The owner, Jordan, refuses to get on the phone. We purchased a whole house speaker / surround sound system with a new home build and could not be happier with choosing Bolt. We were provided many different options to choose from for each space and were guided throughout the process. The support received is great as well. We absolutely love the end product and highly recommend BOLT.

My experience: Disgusting, arrogant customer service. When calling for support or an issue, they actually fight with you over the phone rather than work through an issue in a friendly manner. Then they threw my contract in my face as a threat rather than help.
