After recently moving into our new home, there were a few issues and broken sensors around the home that one could expect with a new construction build. Bolt Technologies made the process much smoother and took care of all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. Each of the technicians that came out was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Big thank you to Daniel, Mario and Tony for the help and Brenda in the office for coordinating everything!
Bolt did come out 2 years ago when we had an issue and so far our internet has been working fine. However, surround sound still doesn't work.
We used bolt for low-voltage in our new home. I thought everything went great until I needed things after work. They will never call you back. Unless you have a big project call somebody else.
This is by far THE WORST company to do business with! If I had the option to give them zero stats I would have. Run, don’t walk from using them. Pay more for a quality company and don’t get screwed like we did! The owner, Jordan, refuses to get on the phone. The office manager, Jessica, does not return calls and if she does, which is months later she is rude and unprofessionsl. They blatantly lied to us when we signed our contract with them. We purchased a whole house speaker / surround sound system with a new home build and could not be happier with choosing Bolt. We were provided many different options to choose from for each space and were guided throughout the process. The support received is great as well. We absolutely love the end product and highly recommend BOLT.
