Easy to set up and nice customer service
Steph was very helpful and she was very easy to talk to also very friendly. It's very convenient very nicely kept easy access to get in and out and you don't have to worry about anybody breaking in because it has to you have to have a code and the gate has to be open and to get in and you can't just walk up to the thing you have to drive up with a code that's what I like everything safe. Thank you
This storage unit is awful. The unit was constantly moist when I finally moved out realized that there was actually water pooling in the back that was not seen do to my belongings. I was forced to throw out multiple items including my grandmothers antique dresser due to water damage. Many items are covered in mildew and everything stinks. I had to go through every box/tote/ bag to dump out the mouse poop that was everywhere.
