I had just rented our storage unit with Bolt (which incidentally has the most reasonable prices and good deals being offerred). I was having trouble remembering how to get a combination lock open. I called customer service and MYCA, my customer service representative, was very patient and helpful. We got the lock opened and into the unit quickly. The customer service has been highly responsive and excellent. Each time I call, the rep was so helpful and accommodating. When you are dealing with a commodity item like storage, customer service is the separating factor, and so far, Bolt has crushed it .
Easy and clean, hassle free place for storage. Had a larger unit and recently moved to a smaller one. Great customer service! Andrea was incredibly helpful with the switch. Highly recommend if you need a place!
