Stephanie is so helpful. She straightened out my initial rental for me so smoothly. The units are easy to access and well-maintained.
I was assisted by Andrea. She was very helpful and informative.
I had a problem signing in to pay our bill but I talked to Stephanie. She was wonderful. She let me know about the new software so I was able to do everything I needed.
Very affordable. Tina was helpful. It's not often you get a real person on the phone.
I recently moved out of this storage place cause my unit was infested with big roaches that ended up damaging the clothes I had in the unit, they got inside boxes and electrical things I had in the unit. They also raised the unit rental for no reason. Would recommend instead another location as I had several problems with this one in particular.
