I rented a 5x10 unit when I moved to Ellijay 3 years ago when it was Ellijay Storage. It was a reasonable price of $49 + tax, with no insurance required. Approx 3 months later Bolt Storage purchased it. When they did, no improvements to the units were made however the price went up $20 & they automatically added insurance and that was another $19.
