They became the new owners earlier this year and have raised the rate 3 times started ar $32 now jumping to $84 plus they charge you monthly for insurance. This is a 5x10 unit. They give you no warning and communication is lacking. Update 2024. Price raised again....$103 per month. Update 2025. The price just keeps climbing. Went to $109 and starting in June $125.
