I had the best experience. I was panicking about an issue and CHEI calmed me right down and addressed my issue. I always have a great experience when calling Bolt however CHEi is the sweetest and takes her time making sure we know all we need to know about storage. This is my first time needing a storage unit so it’s a little confusing for me but now no more panicking because Chei helped me understand how everything works. Thank you

Started off paying $58 a month, fast forward less than 2 years and the 4th price hike coming $134. If you do not like the pricing get your stuff out. I believe the owner, Nick Huber, is running a hustle on us.
Very upset! I have been renting since January 2025 to free up space in my garage for a couple projects I had been working on. Today, May 28th, I come to grab a few things and find out that pests have chewed up part of my child’s’ NUNA car seat ($$$). I call, they say I need to file a claim with my renters insurance. Renters insurance DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE FROM PESTS. I call back and they said they would reach out to management but nothing is promised….
