I was delighted by the warm greeting I got when I called the site to let them know I was going to be late on my payment. Maria was very professional, reassuring and warm. She was just great to work with.
They became the new owners earlier this year and have raised the rate 3 times started ar $32 now jumping to $84 plus they charge you monthly for insurance. This is a 5x10 unit. They give you no warning and communication is lacking. Update 2024. Price raised again....$103 per month. Update 2025. The price just keeps climbing. Went to $109 and starting in June $125. How can the advertise 5x10 unit for $35 a month and charge me $133 for same size unit? Im sure this is illegal.
I had the best experience. I was panicking about an issue and CHEI calmed me right down and addressed my issue. I always have a great experience when calling Bolt however CHEi is the sweetest and takes her time making sure we know all we need to know about storage. This is my first time needing a storage unit so it’s a little confusing for me but now no more panicking because Chei helped me understand how everything works. Thank you
