Bolt Storage in Elmira NY was great. We got a unit in under 15 minutes online. We rented a unit to put boxes in while preparing to move. I called to do a move out and Maria was fantastic. She helped me close my unit. It was a huge help. Thank you!
Myca, was very professional and polite and executed her job in a very precise manner. Instruction were clear and exact. Awesome and quick service! Documents were easy to access and sign with no issues!
Maria was very helpful in scheduling my move out and was very clear with instructions on what to do. I would definitely recommend Bolt storage for the ease of use and commend them on their exceptional customer service representatives like Maria.
