Working with C J was the highlight of my evening. We are relocating which is stressful enough and I was not looking forward to finding storage space for all our stuff. She made everything so easy. Thank you Bolt Storage and thank you C J !!
While it isn't climate controlled, it's dry and has good air flow. The staff is great and they're ready to assist if there are any hiccups. My biggest issue here is the rodent infestation. I had zero food in any of my belongings but they nested plenty, causing irreparable damage to historical/family heirlooms. (They chewed through plastic bins, not cardboard). The company sent an email to everyone about it and I figured I was safe, cause I knew there wasn't food in my unit. It didn't prevent them from making themselves comfo... read more
