Very easy rental transaction and Maria was very friendly and helpful.
Bolt storage raised the rent without notice and without an explanation. This place has storages all over, so there is no reason for them to raise the rent other than being greedy slumlords like everyone else. Screw you Bolt Storage

I feel like I just met my new best friend. Serena was absolutely awesome and helping me work through the process of renting a storage unit. She guided me patiently and professionally ,helping me decide which unit would best fit my needs. She was very informative, letting me know about specials, hours, keys, codes and locks.
