I was very impressed with Bolt Security. The technician was professional and friendly when completing the installation process. We have used ADT in the past but after a few years of issues with them we decided it was time to make the switch. A friend referred us to Bolt Security after experiencing great customer service and quality monitoring. We are pleased to finally have the peace of mind that our home is protected when we venture away on business.
There is nothing more terrifying and disappointing than coming home to a home that is ransacked and ruined. That is what I experienced recently and I just had to get some REAL security for my home. we got broken into a week ago. we looked at a lot of companies, including ADT. when we called Bolt, they gave us a quote over the phone for a wireless system, it was about the same as adt but we wanted to go with someone local. the technician came out the next day to install. installation took about 2 1/2 hours. the installer showed us how to use everything and set up the app on my wife's iphone. no complaints, would recommend.
