I was convinced to get Alliance Security and I have NEVER gone through so much frustration in my life. The package I received was for a driveway camera and a front door camera, a motion detector inside the house and a smart thermostat all of which I can control and see from the ALARM application. They came, installed everything and it was all dandy until they said the front door camera was on back order. Terrible company and customer service. We were locked into a 36 month contract with them, all was great until our equipment started acting up after about two years. Called tech support and was told that all of our equipment needed to be replaced at some exorbitant cost, so we declined because or contract was expiring a few months down the road and we were moving.
