I wish they would spray for roaches more often. They seem to be pets in some apartments but I bought some spray of my own to keep them down. I was told by another apartment person that the prior owners kept the spray service coming REAL often and the roaches were almost non existent but they are not non existent now. I wish they would spray MORE often!!!
This property management group willingly towed their tenants cars after doing the minimum to let us know the pavement was being redone and where to park. They waited until night time to unblock the new area we were supposed to park in to avoid being towed. I helped an elderly man Monday to understand what was going on after he was met with rudeness from Hope in the office.
