Amazing company fast reliable and high quality 10 out of ten.
I have purchased from Bolt and Nut Australia a few times now, but this time they sent the wrong size bolts but after one phone call the situation was rectified and the correct bolts are on the way. They owned the problem and took immediate steps to rectify it, which seems to be a rare response nowadays. Five stars for integrity - pricing and shipping times aren't bad either. Highly recommended.
Excellent customer service despite my lack of research which as others have mentioned clearly states this is a CLICK AND COLLECT ONLY warehouse - even so the guys here were very understanding and obviously deal with this a fair bit as they had a QR code and instructions taped on the wall for how to process your online order and pay, allowing them to release and pick the order.
