These guys are fantastic, plenty of stock and amazing service every time.
Be mindful of going here. They don't appreciate walk-ins like all the other nuts and bolts shops out there. The manager was annoyed at me for not knowing the ordering processes, which is explained on an A4 laminated sign out the front and easy to miss. Curt in his explanation, they did help me in the end. Though the initial unwarranted aggression towards a customer, will make you think twice about returning.
Michael helped us out heaps and gave us exceptional customer service when we needed equipment in a pinch. Thank you so much Bolt and Nut team!
Love Nut and Bolt! I wrongly ordered parts and had to contact Nut and Bolt to arrange reorder for new parts and for return of the wrong order. Done in 5 mins! Thank you Sam K: you guys rock! Service as it should be.
I've ordered online twice now and both times they have filled and delivered my order quickly and accurately. Much cheaper and wider range than the local big hardware, and the quality has been good too.
