I’ve ordered a couple of times from BNA and I’ve had a really good experience each time. The parts arrived earlier than scheduled (I’m in Sydney), were packed well and performed exactly as expected, no blemishes and no quality problems.

Never go to this place. The Rudest Guy came out with the glasses. These guys don’t want to help at all. Me and my boy came in looking for a small item, but suddenly met with hostility from the guy at the front. Not sure what is his problem. So we left unsure why he’s came out yelling

Be mindful of going here. They don't appreciate walk-ins like all the other nuts and bolts shops out there. The manager was annoyed at me for not knowing the ordering processes, which is explained on an A4 laminated sign out the front and easy to miss. Curt in his explanation, they did help me in the end. Though the initial unwarranted aggression towards a customer, will make you think twice about returning.
