Roger at Bolt is GREAT..we took are ARI sleeper in today for some light work and Roger had us fixed up in no time!!! We have been to 3 places to have them looked at no one could figure out the problem glad we decided to come to Bolt today!!! Our next truck will be a Bolt Custom Truck!!!! And thank you Mark for the tour!!!
This has been the first experience with Bolt and I hope to never have to do it again. We always use AA Sleeper in Dallas, TX for all our work. However, they merged with Bolt. So when it came time to order another sleeper, all I wanted was a different setup inside. I even sent a picture and described exactly what I wanted. RecommendedWe had the most pleasant experience at Bolt Custom Trucks in Fort Wayne Indiana. Mark welcomed us and gave us a personal tour of the facility. He was very informative and kind. Roger was handed our list of repairs and didn’t bat an eye. He jumped right into the list in hand and was obviously very experienced in the business of repairs. All in all this was such enjoyable experience while having our truck down for repairs, and the Customer break room was very comfortable. And one my favorites they are dog friendly. :)
I love how beautiful the inside of the Sleepers are they are good people to work with they sit down with you and will build u a sleeper The way u want it built not how they want it built
