Kevin, Kept “fixing” an oil leak and never fixed it! (Drain plug, oil pan, new oil filter and oil filter O-ring) m. Issues since day one. Said it must be springing leaks in “new spots”. Shoved drop cloth up underneath oil filter “so it wouldn’t leak in my driveway” when he had dye added to oil, But didn’t tell us he did it, we thought the oil leak stopped...for few weeks until oil was leaking in the driveway again! DOT investors looked into everything and Kevin bought the car back..... and now it’s back on the lot right now!... read more

Just pulled an oil drain plug out of a Ranger from Kevin’s lot. Kevin had just told the customer he fixed the plug. Apparently Kevin believes silicon is the proper fix for leaking oil drain plugs. Wrong Kevin! That’s a bad way to do business.
