I don't even want to give this place one star! :( I went to Bolsa Nails, the other day, had a Dr. appt in the area. It is not convenient location for me but I went there. Left a huge tip for the man that did my pedi, ($10.00!!) he ASSURED me my nails were dry enough to put shoes on. Obviously they were not... I went back to tell manager that I'd like the polish redone, she blamed ME for putting my shoes on too soon?!? What?? I sat for over 45 minutes and kept asking the man if they were dry enough!
