I have been coming here for the last year. Lately, my experience hasn’t been great. I just left today. This one girl who threads my eyebrows. Has snapped the thread on my eyes more than on one occasion. She threads my eyebrows really aggressively. So much so that the last time I had my eyebrows threaded by her it cut my skin and scabbed. The person left one brow looking different than the other. They messed up for the first time in 4 yrs that I have been coming here. I hope Malik can reach out and help me fix them. Thanks.
Person for today was rude from the start with an attitude. Messed up one of my eyebrows. I’ve always been going to to this place hopefully next time is a better experience.
I have had Lila twice now for eyebrows and she does a great job and is professional .
