The salon is really hit or miss depending on who you get. I had the worst experience with Rebecca today. I explained multiple times that I wanted a butterfly cut and emphasized wanting layers in the back. After over two hours of sitting in the chair, I still did not get it. The salon was closing at 4pm and I essentially saw no layers in the back and asked her to emphasize the layers in the back more. Beth does a fabulous job picking the color to compliment me and always does a wonderful job cutting my hair! Highly recommend her.
Friendly people, but not remotely close to what I showed the stylist in the photo. Also, stylist had basically zero dialogue with me, with the exception of asking about the length. I was a new customer and you’d think that there would be a little more effort to chat and hopefully entice a return visit. Pretty unhappy and probably won’t return.
Bollo Salon never disappoints. All the stylists are great buy I truly love Beth Iurato and her expertise in dealing with mine and my daughter's curly hair, specific cuts and color and highlights. LOVE Beth and I highly recommend her!!!
