I just closed on my first home in October, and if it wasn’t for the team in Bollinger subdivision wouldn’t of happens, I give all props to the project manager for the extensive attention to detail in everything to do with the construction of our home, nothing was out of reach as far as addressing and getting to it, in such short notice to be done the day of, nothing left untouched by his crew trough Nathan at bollinger subdivision anything that was brought to his attention was taken care of the day of or very next day, Natha... read more
I currently live in Bollinger community and had the pleasure of meeting Nathan. He was super helpful and willing to help! Great experience!
I would be cautious to move here. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are too. First off we have an armadillos problem which sucks and they tear up everything. Second off the water company has a monopoly and we are a 2 person house hold and have water system going on for 4 days and about 30 mins with that water bill being $225 a month. So I would be cautious moving to this neighborhood and area.
