The employees told me i could move out on one date and then another said my date remained the same which took my deposit due to rent. Also the apartments are poor quality and the stairs are wooden and uneven resulting in falling when they become wet.i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Roches in the apartment, work orders took at least a month and a half to get fixed. Lease rules were not equal to all tenants, stalked my Facebook and screen shotted pictures of my and my dog to use them against me. I DO NOT recommend living in these apartments!!!
RecommendedSo far I like them. Have issues since I got home l last week. I will contact them when I get home from doctors.
Ive lived in one if the apartments over 2 years when you call for maintence they are on it. I had my fridge act up the following morning it was replaced. I only wish they could find better tenants those that stay like i have. Margo is Awesome at the office. If you want a clean and reasonable rental your looking in the right spot.
