Excellent service. Hayne Ozier is a class act and earned my respect as a sales person which is not an easy task. The used vehicle I went to see was not the vehicle for me. He made sure I did not leave without driving a new Ford to consider as a replacement for my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. The Ford exceeded my expectations and is now on my list of possibilities. Honest, low pressure sales works best for me and that's exactly what I got. They are on my "A" list.
