I ordered flowers from these folks for my little sister's 16th birthday. While they had no problems charging my credit card, they didn't bother to deliver the arrangement. So, my brother and I look like jerks who forgot our sister's birthday. They apparently tried to call her once and she didn't call them back, so... they just quit there? Not sure why they didn't try again later, or why they didn't try calling me. I mean, when the card reads, "Happy birthday!" a florist should understand the message is time-sensitive.
