I had a facelift and was disappointed by the quality of the work. I had heard good things about Dr. Bolitho, that he took his time and wasn't doing the quickie "new school" method. However, I was wrong. He has changed his methods, and his work is not as good. If you had seen the old patient pictures, you would see a noticeable difference in the quality of his work. I don't know if he has lost the passion or what, but my facelift was meh.
This office has outstanding customer service. The ladies here are so friendly. I had a great experience with Laura. She gave me a great hydrafacial. Procedure room was relaxing and super clean. Thank you Karen and Laura!

Highly recommend Dr. Bolitho. From the front office to the operating table, I felt completely cared for every step of the way. The entire staff was professional, kind, and attentive, which made the entire experience feel seamless. Karen was thorough and so patient , answering all of my questions. I am beyond pleased with my outcome—truly a flawless experience from start to finish.
