I recently ordered some eyepiece reticles and ordered the incorrect size. Customer service was outstanding and went above-and-beyond to help me find the correct size. This wasn't a major purchase, and often companies can't be bothered with small dollar-value items, so that says a lot about Boli Optics that they took considerable time to help me. The magnifying lamp seems very sturdy and the lens is very clear and accurate. I've only had the product a couple of weeks but I am impressed.
