On May 1st, my dog was getting euthanized. Prior to the appointment, I called twice and was assured that someone would help me get my 100-pound dog out of the car. When I arrived, a staff member came outside, asked, “How do you want to do this?” and, after being told my dog’s size, sighed and watched as I struggled to lift her onto the table myself. My father passed away at his home and when Bolin-Dierkes arrived to take him to the funeral home, they treated him and my family with the utmost respect. I felt as if they treated him as if he was royalty. They went above and beyond all of our requests for my dads funeral. My family and I are so grateful with all that Ray and the rest of the staff treated my father and us.
