Had a conference call scheduled for 10:00 am. Secretary called at 10:10 saying Rod Kimes would call by 11:00. I finally called the office at 11:45. Very weak apology and attempt to get me to reschedule with a different attorney in the office. I missed a half a day's work for this. Obviously, no respect for other people's time. Horrible experience.
