This mechanic changed 2 tires and the wheels on my CTS V. While doing this he changed the control arm but installed it improperly. He lost several bolts. Others bolts were Hand turned. The control arm damaged the shocks and now I have to have them replaced. $3000 worth of damage. On another CTS V that he damaged while driving, he lost all the bolts to the hood and just used old nails he found and then cut the ends off.
