I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning at 2:00 PM and arrived at 2:00 however their parking lot didn't have ample space so i had to park at a nearby business, so when I got inside it was then 2:05. I signed in and waited for the women at the front desk to return from the back room. When she returned it was then 2:10 and she directed me to the back area of the business where the cleanings are done.
