Dealership experience without the effort of actually going there. Mark was nice enough to explain that he couldn't survive on his work alone but that he also had to double or triple the price of the parts he used. He's also willing to perform "diagnostic" work when there is visible damage to the system.. cha-ching... He's happy to get you for "diagnostic" AND repair when it makes more sense to do the obvious repair which would have included all the work in the diagnostic. Keep it simple.
