A 4 Star simply because I enjoyed the food, and the flavors. The only thing I have to compare to is the quality of food that I have savored at Ceviche's in Durant Oklahoma, although Ceviche is seafood Mexican cuisine, and the Spanish ( Espana ) cuisine I grew up with. Chief Gaytan at Ceviche, A Must Try if you have not already.
