He is super quick to respond to your messages and beyond helpful in all areas of buying and selling your home. Mike and Nick Bolen did a great job selling our house. They made the process very easy for us. We sold the house in less than a week and closed in a month. 5 Starts for Nick. Due to a death in the family I had to sell a house remotely. Nick was the realtor on site and was able to handle all the legwork for me. There was a problem on the buyers side and again, Nick took care of the problem and kept me informed. He was also able to work with the title company and the probate lawyer for me. I have no problem recommending Nick to sell your house.
