Bolen Custom Homes built my parents new home when they retired from farming. There were issues from the beginning including cracked concrete in the basement floor, a garage floor that was not sloped properly so water did not drain out the doors, and a basement entrance from the garage that was measured wrong so you could not open it if the garage door leading outside was open.
