Infested with roaches and will only do treatment if requested for your singular unit therefore its never gone The property management can be not great too especially if its after hours regardless if its an emergency as they will make up excuse why they can't help even though its something on the property building and could be a safety hazard/problem. Faulty fire alarms as it can be going off throughout the building randomly and multiple times. -1000000/10 do not recommend at all.

I still live here and I am telling you do not move here. They recently had to change all the locks on every single apartment due to regular break ins. Car break ins happens on a daily basis (including smashing of windows etc) even though they have a security guard watching the building every single night. This happens on a regular basis. I will not recommend this unit to others. They alter the rent for same apartment after 5 minutes. We were satisfied with the explanations provided when we visited the property, so we filled out the application and provided all the necessary paperwork. After a credit check and other procedures, they called the very next day and increased the price by $100 for the same flat.
