Called needing a New Hot water Heater, I said it is Shot need a new one. Lady on the phone tried asking twice what was wrong with it. Telling her twice it is shot needs to be replaced. She asked where I was, I said Stillwater, gave her my address she said you might be out of our range? I said 3mi north of Downtown is too far north?! I believe she just didn’t like the fact I would not go into all the reasons the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Is broke not a good enough reason to replace a hot water heater?!
I really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the Boldt employees. Murray was helpful and explained all of our options well during the plumbing visit. I would definitely recommend working with this company.
Jared arrived on time and was respectful and answered any questions I had. He efficiently repaired my leaking valve as requested.

Jared was thorough, friendly, and accomplished what was needed. A big improvement compared to the previous HVAC company I had hired!
