After 30 years of operation our Lenox furnace had reached the end of its life. I reached out to several contractors for quotes to replace it. At the urging of a family member we choose Boldt to install our new furnace. Dawson arrived the next morning and completed the install in one day. I am so impressed with Dawson and the work he provided. I left a message one evening and he called me back within minutes and arranged to meet the next day and arrived at the time he said he would. He explained why my furnace was acting up and fixed it in no time. He then made suggestions how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend Dawson and Boldt Heating.
Highly recommend Dawson and Boldt Heating and Cooling. Dawson responded quickly on a Friday and Saturday going out of his way to diagnose and find parts and to keep me running thru a very cold weekend and installed a new furnace. He was very professional, reasonable and fairly priced.
Dawson and his crew responded to my situation with promptness and professionalism. He drove very late in the day to inspect my furnace which was failing, provided his detailed opinion and pricing w/i one day snd gave us great piece of mind when he and his crew installed a new Lennox furnace the day before Christmas.
