Reached out to Bolder services for a quote to install a boiler for infloor heat on a new construction. Joe was quick to respond saying they would be happy to provide quote. I supplied Joe with the information on the new build. Joe told me numerous times he was busy that week out in the field and that he would get me one by early next week. He did not get me the estimate and when I reached out again to see any updates. He notified me they will pass on my project as they are booked out until August. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and the team at Bolder Services. Our furnace went out just 8 hours after we left for vacation, and my father was able to coordinate with Mike to stop by and fix it. It was an absolute lifesaver! Their response time was incredibly fast, and they even followed up after we returned to ensure everything was still working perfectly. Joe the owner sent out 2 apprentices to replace a dryer vent in my house. I told him I was skeptical about having apprentices do the work but he assured me that they knew what they were doing. I came home to my front door unlocked, my kitchen window wide open & the dryer vent they replaced was not connected to the back of the dryer, I had to do that myself.
