I strongly advise anyone considering Bolder Services to look elsewhere. They charged me around $450 for a part that typically costs only $175–$200, which is a massive and unjustified markup. To make matters worse, they called the part by a different name then I was calling it so I almost fell for their lie to cover up why they are charging me so much more, I soon after discovered it was just another name for the same exact part. I had my combustion ventor (Fasco A249 Draft Inducer / 103618-01) replaced, and I am extremely disappointed. They charged me $446 for a part that can easily be found online for $175–$225. My family member, who runs an HVAC business, said this price is outrageous. Avoid this company unless you like getting ripped off.
Reached out to Bolder services for a quote to install a boiler for infloor heat on a new construction. Joe was quick to respond saying they would be happy to provide quote. I supplied Joe with the information on the new build. Joe told me numerous times he was busy that week out in the field and that he would get me one by early next week. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and the team at Bolder Services. Our furnace went out just 8 hours after we left for vacation, and my father was able to coordinate with Mike to stop by and fix it. It was an absolute lifesaver! Their response time was incredibly fast, and they even followed up after we returned to ensure everything was still working perfectly.
