Joe the owner sent out 2 apprentices to replace a dryer vent in my house. I told him I was skeptical about having apprentices do the work but he assured me that they knew what they were doing. I came home to my front door unlocked, my kitchen window wide open & the dryer vent they replaced was not connected to the back of the dryer, I had to do that myself. Had a furnace issue, late Friday night. They were out to the house in 2 hours and fixed the ignitor very quickly. Get service in an emergency.
What an effective, quick, and pleasant response! Mr. Rockett explained what he was doing and took great care to examine how the furnace was running and correct the problem. I highly recommend Bolder Services.
