We had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. They were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief, and Mike was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure the work was done right. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. Can't thank Joe and Lenore enough for their service on this cold January morning. Joe responded to my furnace emergency quickly and was able to fix the issue.
Mike did a great job today to restore my heat. He was very prompt, professional and explained the furnace problem at a level I could understand. He then did a cleaning and inspection. Very reasonable.
I strongly advise anyone considering Bolder Services to look elsewhere. They charged me around $450 for a part that typically costs only $175–$200, which is a massive and unjustified markup. To make matters worse, they called the part by a different name then I was calling it so I almost fell for their lie to cover up why they are charging me so much more, I soon after discovered it was just another name for the same exact part.
