Nothing but good things to say about the team. Quality workmanship, above expectation customer service and honest advice and pricing. They have helped me (an absolute beginner) multiple times and have sorted warranty repairs for me when the caravan company would t budge prior. Very helpful and proactive with service. Always a pleasure to deal with Bold!
I have an issue with my Caravan being overweight, as added extras have raised the Tare Weight. Bold Trailer and Caravan Repair Centre to the rescue. They were able to have my van assessed , by an approved engineer, who confirm that with some minor modifications,( my van had previously been upgraded but NOT certified) the ATM can be upgraded with a new compliance plate to allow me to update the details for Rego and Insurance purposes, making me legal again.
