Bold just finished a restoration and I could not be happier with the work, and especially the team below! Elisio was the Project Manager who supervised the entire reconstruction. He acted as liaison for all of my (constant) questions and was available and responsive 24/7. I had some work done by Bold they did a spectacular job. I am very pleased with the repairs they did, home is good as new. Had a water leak from my upstairs neighbor. They came out and promised work would be completed in 5 days it took two weeks. Keep in mind my unit is staged for sell. I would come and check on the unit every few days, All seemed fine. However, after the completion, I was asked to inspect my he work. What I found was appalling: entryway dirty/debris from the construction, paint and other materials glued on the floor, walls, and doors. Interior was dusty and paint on the doors.
