I’ve had a great experience renting here. The landlord is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about maintaining the property. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication has always been clear and respectful. The property is well-kept, safe, and comfortable. The BOLD Company built our house, and we enjoyed working with their team. For the most part we were pleased with the house. Our biggest disappointment has been with the ceiling lights. Some of the LED lights they installed were supposed to last over 50,000 hours (about 17 years or more, depending on use), but three of them had already failed after we had lived in the house for just over one year--and we have 16 of these lights. They have a 5-year warranty, and the builder gave us some spares, so getting LEDs was not an issue... read more
